I was able to stop by Paris Valley Road winery in Paso Robles, Calif. on the last day they received grapes in 2019. Paris Valley Road is part of The Stoller Collection, which also includes Sextant and Windemere. I wanted to see their crushpad in action because all the equipment, including the receiving hopper augers, is sourced from Pellenc and is fully integrated.
