Two-Thirds of Wineries Do Not Calibrate Bottling Lines for Consistent O2
According to the 2020 Wine Business Monthly Closure Survey results, 66 percent of all wineries use natural cork to seal at least some of their wines, a slight decrease from the 70 percent reported in the 2019 survey results (Figure 1).
