Jackson Family Wines supports climate-friendly research at UC Davis
Carbon dioxide could be recovered from wine fermentation tanks and turned into ash as part of an effort to tackle climate change. The research is well under way at UC Davis, where researchers are working on a preliminary prototype system to sequester CO2 from wine fermentation tanks.
