Last month Jake Lorenzo and Jakelyn's mom were on our way to New Orleans. We disembarked from the shuttle and made our way to the skycaps to check our luggage. We like using the skycap service because the workers usually seem friendlier and less harried than their counterparts inside; and we've never had our luggage disappear when a skycap has taken it under his wing.
