Rochester, New York's Cornell University recently named and released three new wine grapes: a white grape called "Valvin Muscat" and two red grapes, "Noiret" and "Corot Noir." The three new grape varieties are broadly adapted to the cold winter climate of East Coast wine growing regions and produce high-quality wines.
