A decision by a group of 15 Clare Valley wineries to bottle their 2000 Riesling with Stelvin® caps last year appears to have been successful, according to Andrew Hardy, chairman of the Clare Valley Winemakers Association."Most people who went into this have been pretty happy," Hardy said.
