What combination of experience, environment and imagination leads to invention? Jake Lorenzo was pondering genius in Crabby Jack's, a lunch spot on Jefferson Highway in New Orleans. Jack Leonardi, who also runs the incredibly successful Jacques-Imo's, had one of those epiphany moments. Boudin is the famous Cajun sausage that can be found all over Louisiana.
