Top Story: SWRA Holds Shipping Symposium, Texas Direct Shipping Decision Appealed Since the landmark Granholm v. Heald Supreme Court decision in 2005, which found that states cannot have discriminatory direct shipping regulations for in-state and out-of-state wineries, wineries have enjoyed an expansion of the number of states where they can legally ship wine directly to consumers. Retailers, however, have not shared in that expansion.
