The Viticulture and Enology Research Center (VERC) at California State University, Fresno, recently held their 2004 Grape Day. The day showcased current research and innovations, including an ambitious new Advanced Sensory Evaluation Laboratory, replete with computers and the latest software from Compusensce, a firm in Canada.
