Pennsylvania Wine Group Selects 45 Wines to Wear First PQA SealsA tasting panel selected 45 Pennsylvania-made dry table and sparkling wines to wear the first Pennsylvania Quality Assurance (PQA) seals, indicative of "being of comparable quality to wines from other regions being sold in restaurants and retail stores." Wines with the PQA seals will begin appearing in wine stores and restaurants this month and the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) will promote the PQA program in its stores.
