I really like products that nail my criteria for this column head-on: smart, makes tasks easy and helps you save. Case in point this month are high-speed, flexible doors from Albany UltraFast. For wineries, the application is for cellar or barrel rooms with access doors that close immediately to keep the cold air in and the warm air out. Beyond energy savings by maintaining cellar temperature, they have a rapid ROI, are made from highly durable materials, have an easy-to-install retrofit-design and strong product and customer support.
