Job Description:
架和谜语Custom Wine Services, the North Bay Area’s premier custom crush and winemaking facility is currently looking to fill a Cellar Level II position. The responsibilities will include all cellar operations. This position will operate under general supervision performing various cellar tasks.
Essential Job Duties:
• Tank and barrel additions
• Juice/wine racking and transferring to tank and tankers
• Pump-overs and punch-downs
• Removing pomace from tanks
• Barrel filling, topping and stirring
• Tank and equipment sanitation
• Filling out work orders
• Preventative Care on all cellar equipment including but not limited to pumps, presses, filters and hoses
• Operate Crossflow
• Operate ED machine
• Operate all presses
• Operate crush pad

• Assist in training Cellar Levels I and II
• Assists with compliance in all safety and personnel procedures and policies
• Other tasks, in any department, as assigned by Management
Skills/Qualifications include:
• Previous crush experience and knowledge of winery cellar, 3-5 years
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in cool and hot temperatures
• Ability to work in cold, wet, noisy environments
• Ability to work safely and accurately in a fast-paced environment is required
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and work at catwalk heights of 25 feet
• Must be able to work nights, overtime and weekends
• Hours: Full Time (plus overtime)
• Ability to work individually and within team to achieve daily cellar goals
• Ability to read/understand work orders
• Ability to step in the lead position in case of absence
