Hospitality and Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary:
The qualified candidate will be responsible for managing our small plates program for the tasting room, running our social media accounts and supporting the tasting room on the weekends. You must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays, as well as two to three weekdays. This position includes 35 - 40 hours per week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Primary responsibilities are managing food inventory, running social media accounts, and supporting the tasting room staff.
• Represent our brand with professional decorum and educate guests on our wines, vineyards, and winery history.
• Perform tasting room tasks such as check-in, check-out, and serving.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
Education, Training, and Other Requirements:
• Current OLCC servers permit and food handlers card or the ability to obtain them
• Willingness to follow all Covid safety and wellness protocols as established by the state and company management.
• Knowledge of a wide range of wine varietals and blends is a plus, but not required
• Past winery tasting room/hospitality experience a plus, but not required
• Need to have a solid work ethic and be detail-oriented
• Must possess a friendly and energetic personality while projecting confidence and warmth
• Physically able to regularly lift 45 pounds
• Ability to work independently
