Tasting Room Attendant

Position Description
Alpha Omega Collective is seeking a self-motivated and energetic individual with exceptional customer service and attention to detail. The role of Tasting Room Attendant is designed with an enthusiastic and driven individual in mind as the environment they will work in daily is fast-paced and very involved. Key responsibilities include consistent maintenance of the Tasting Room as well as assisting the entire team with facilitating a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
• Build consumer loyalty through exceptional hospitality
• Create and maintain a favorable image of the tasting room
• Create memorable customer experiences
• Follow daily operating procedures (open/close)
• Responsible for keeping the wines stocked and labeled
• Wash/buff glassware
• Reset/rearrange patio furniture, including umbrellas, planter boxes, etc.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to guests’ requests with a can-do attitude.
• Maintain a positive, happy, and calm demeanor with guests and peers at all times.
• Ensure that guests experiences exceed company standards
