Harvest Crew
ROCO Winery

Job Description:
ROCO winery is looking to fill several positions for the 2022 harvest crew. Located in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, we produce high-scoring, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sparkling wine. Positions start around the end of August/beginning of September and normally run into early November. Harvest crew duties include but are not limited to:
• Forklift operation
• Press loading/dumping
• Bin washing
• Barrel washing
• Racking
• Inoculations
• Ferment tracking
• Punch downs and other cap management
• Building cultures
• Cleaning, cleaning and more cleaning
We process around 370 tons each fall with a fairly small crew, so expect to work. Although we like to have fun while doing so. Looking for an applicant with at least 1 to 2 harvests under their belt. Individual is responsible for their own transportation and housing, and perks include, lunches, snacks, great wines, and employee discounts.
Applicants must be in good physical condition and able to lift 50lbs. ROCO Winery is a non-smoking work place environment. Covid vaccinations required.
