Job Description:
Rombauer Vineyards is in search of a Temporary Flexible Time (30-40 hours per week) Accounting Manager for a six (6) to eight (8) month assignment at our new office location in Santa Rosa!

Position Summary
Rombauer Vineyards is seeking an experience Temporary Accounting Manager with broad, yet deep accounting knowledge, detail-oriented, integrity and the ability to work independently and as a team. This role is responsible for maintaining multiple company books to assist in the preparation of financial statements; Compiles, analyzes and verifies financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documents business transactions and collects data to determine costs of winery activity such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor. Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports.
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
学士学位会计、财务或业务ss administration
Three to five years of experience in accounting and finance
Strong problem solving and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
Wine industry experience preferred, but not required
Working knowledge of Navision and Excel would be an advantage
