Director of Finance
We are seeking an experienced and analytical finance director with strong numerical skills to drive our organization’s financial operations and improve financial performance. The ideal candidate should possess good strategic thinking, excellent communications skills, exceptional numerical proficiency and strong leadership skills. Maintain all financial activities to ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
Duties:
Supervising the finance team and overseeing internal controls.

Review monthly collateral report for the bank.
Maintain budgeting and forecasting models.
Create presentations for key executives.
Developing a financial strategy while managing company cash flows to minimize any potential financial risks.
Maintain good banking relationship while assisting with business funding decisions.
Oversee yearly Financial Audit.
Oversee insurance, risk management and compliance.
Consult with Tax professions.
Maintain Legal needs.
Prepare and maintain business valuations.
Develop supplier and grower relations.
Oversight of Information Technology associated with the finance team.
Oversight of our corporate headquarters facility.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Financial management experience.
Good communication skills.
Computer literacy.
Strong Analytical Skills.
Broad knowledge of accounting principles.
3-5 years’ experience in a senior financial role in the alcohol beverage or related business experience.
