Works well on a variety of fruit. We used it for Pinot Noir, Syrah, Cabernet and Grenache. The crushers are fully adjustable. You can elect not to crush, just punch the fruit ever so slightly, or fully crush. Plastic cage is extremely gently. Barely throws and jacks. Pick bin or must pump fits below discharge.
