Description:
Cabernet Sauvignon from Dry Creek Valley. 700 gallon volume includes 15% San Benito County Cabernet, which adds a bit of bright red fruit to the wine. The two are not currently blended, but prepared samples include the San Benito Component. Currently in once-filled barrels. Darkly colored, rich and concentrated with dark, dried fruits and sweet spice aromatics. Ready to ship. Barrels included for an extra $75/bbl. Please inquire about smaller volumes in 60 gallon increments.
