Selarra Farms is a small family owned Pinotage vineyard that's professionally managed and on our 6th year. Pinotage is a rare grape, as of 2010, there were less than 50 acres of Pinotage planted in all of California. Pinotage was developed for South African cultivation by crossing Pinot Noir with Cinsault. The result is a thicker skinned grape that has many of the personality traits of Pinot Noir, but on a much grander scale
