Tin Capsule Usage Down Slightly While Polylam and PVC Are Up

This year’s Capsule Survey reflects a slight decrease in tin usage and a slight increase in polylam usage. While tin capsules remain the solid leader in overall capsule usage among polylam, PVC and aluminum, the rising price of tin, as a raw material over recent years, may be an important factor in it being used less frequently.
