Job Description:
Vintage Wine Estates, Inc. is a collection of vintner family-owned winery estates and brands based in Santa Rosa, California. We are an industry leader across all sales channels and dedicated to providing wine consumers with a range of wine selections from $10 to $100 dollars. Vintage Wine Estates is a dynamic, growing organization seeking a Seasonal Busser for our Viansa Winery location to join our team. Customer service is central in our culture, with focus on both our external and our internal customers. The busser works to support the service staff. This position will be responsible for buffing glassware, restocking and tidying bathrooms, clearing and resetting tables for new guests while doing this all in a professional and effective manner.
SALARY RANGE: $18/hour
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up and breakdown for VIP, private tastings and special events
Clean, buff and restock glassware
Clean up includes but not limited to; restrooms, trash and cardboard removal, kitchen, glasses, dishes, Tasting Room, and general grounds
Keep back-stocked items neat, orderly, properly rotated and clearly labeled
Properly rotate floor stock
Maintain a clean and organized Tasting Room
Properly relay winery history
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to manage priorities and workflow
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
QUALIFICATIONS:
TIPS and CA Food Handler Certifications preferred, but not required
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Professional appearance and demeanor
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work in an evolving environment with enthusiasm

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
