The role holder is responsible for ensuring its successful implementation to enable achievement of the business unit's (BU) strategy.

As the owner and leader or TAM's Talent Strategy, this role will be responsible for building, improving and implementing different functional Academies (Sales, DTC, Finance, Supply, etc.) across the TAM business which includes building, owning, facilitating & coordinating the TAM learning and capability development priorities and agenda based on needs both now and into the future. This role will also drive the achievement of key commercial strategy and objectives through the capability of the Sales and Marketing teams by identifying and leading the creation and implementation of programs locally that can support the development of future/emerging leaders.

Embed and continuously improve the TAM Capability Plan

* Understand and seek out world class L&D across the business functions (Sales, Marketing, Supply, Finance, etc) and other capability priority areas to constantly evolve and update syllabus.

* Bachelors Degree in Human Resources with concentration in Learning and Development preferred.
