2015 Salary Survey Report

Salaries level off with an average increase of 1.4 percent, compared to 5.4 percent last year, but industry recruiters are busier than ever.

The results of Wine Business Monthly’s annual Salary Survey reveal a slowdown in base salary increases compared to one year ago. The salaries analyzed (25 key positions) reflect an overall increase in base salaries of 1.4 percent; this is in comparison to last year’s increase of 5.4 percent, which was the largest increase in our nine years of salary reporting (Chart 1).
